1. About TelecommuteHub

TelecommuteHub ("we," "us," "our") is an online job board and content platform connecting remote workers with employment opportunities, operated under Rise and Prosper Media. We are located at telecommutehub.com and can be reached at hello@telecommutehub.com.

TelecommuteHub operates as a marketplace — we provide the platform for employers to post listings and job seekers to find them. We are not a recruiter, staffing agency, or party to any employment relationship between employers and job seekers.

2. Use of the Site

By accessing TelecommuteHub you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you will use the site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
• Use the site to collect personal data from other users without consent
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce site content without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site
• Use the site for any purpose that violates applicable law

3. Employer Terms

Job Listing Purchases

Employers may purchase job listings through our Stripe-powered checkout. All prices are in USD. Payment is due at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase you agree to pay the stated fee for the selected listing tier.

Listing Duration

• Basic listings remain active for 30 days from the date of publication
• Featured listings remain active for 30 days from the date of publication
• Premium listings remain active for 60 days from the date of publication

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital listings, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a listing has been published. If your listing has not yet been published and you wish to cancel, contact us within 24 hours of purchase at hello@telecommutehub.com and we will review your request.

Employer Responsibilities

By submitting a job listing, employers confirm that:

• The listed position is a genuine, current employment opportunity
• The role is genuinely remote or telecommute-friendly as described
• The apply URL links directly to the employer's own application process
• The listing does not contain false, misleading, or discriminatory content
• They have the legal right to hire for the listed position

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms without refund.

4. Job Seeker Terms

Job seekers may browse listings and access resources on TelecommuteHub for free. By using the site you acknowledge that:

• TelecommuteHub does not verify the accuracy of employer-submitted listings beyond basic review
• We are not responsible for the hiring decisions, conduct, or practices of employers listed on the site
• You apply to positions directly with employers — TelecommuteHub is not party to that process
• You should independently verify the legitimacy of any employer before submitting personal information to them

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All original content on TelecommuteHub — including articles, guides, design, and copy — is owned by TelecommuteHub and Rise and Prosper Media. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Employer-submitted job listing content remains the property of the employer. By submitting a listing, employers grant TelecommuteHub a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform for the duration of the listing.

6. Affiliate Disclosure

TelecommuteHub participates in affiliate marketing programs. Some links on our website are affiliate links — we may earn a commission if you click through and make a purchase. This comes at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial recommendations.

7. Third-Party Links

Our site contains links to third-party websites including employer career pages, affiliate partner sites, and external resources. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site. Visiting external links is at your own discretion.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TelecommuteHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that job listings will result in employment. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content or listing on the site.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TelecommuteHub and Rise and Prosper Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to lost employment opportunities, failed applications, or employer misconduct. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TelecommuteHub, Rise and Prosper Media, and their operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify email subscribers of significant changes.
